Ordering
The customer places the desired items into the shopping cart. Subsequently, a sales manager will contact the customer directly to calculate the shipping costs based on the provided order details and delivery address. Following this, the manager will issue an invoice, which must be settled via bank transfer prior to shipment.
Cancelation
You may cancel your order at any time before payment is made.
In the case of international shipping, we assume responsibility for risks occurring within our country, the point of origin. Should the parcel be lost or delayed domestically, we will either issue a refund or resend the shipment. However, if the parcel encounters delays or issues upon entering the buyer’s country, responsibility shifts entirely to the buyer. Under such circumstances, refunds will not be provided until the buyer returns the parcel to us. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed to either issue a refund or resend the shipment.
