What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to most countries across Europe, the UK, Australia, Canada, the USA, and Hong Kong.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method. Standard delivery usually takes 3–10 business days.
Are your products authentic?

What are the delivery terms?
In the case of international shipping, we assume responsibility for risks occurring within our country, the point of origin. Should the parcel be lost or delayed domestically, we will either issue a refund or resend the shipment. However, if the parcel encounters delays or issues upon entering the buyer's country, responsibility shifts entirely to the buyer. Under such circumstances, refunds will not be provided until the buyer returns the parcel to us. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed to either issue a refund or resend the shipment.
